NYCCC's Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Celebration 2021: Together, Stronger
Join us in celebrating Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage month with a lineup of performances showcasing dance and music from different Asian ethnic groups. Performances include Filipino dance from The Filipino School of NY & NJ, Korean music from Canadian-Korean cellist Soo Bae, Japanese dance from the Yosakoi Dance Project - 10tecomai and Chinese dance and music from our NYCCC artists. After the performances, we will have a couple of dance workshops for you to pick up some new moves. We are excited to collaborate with the Coalition of Asian Pacific Americans in this event.
Let's lift each other up in celebration of our different Asian heritages. Let's unite in solidarity to support each other and work together in standing up against anti-Asian violence and racism. Together, we are stronger!
Stay tuned for more information.
