Meet Our Instructors

Jiao Li

Jiao Li is Chinese native graduate from Temple University Master of Fine Art in Modern dance. After receiving her BA from Beijing Dance Academy in Chinese Folk dance, she served as an Adjunct Professor in the dance department of University of Sports in China. She has previously had the great honor of performing at China’s National Center for the Performing Arts. She was invited to dance at the New York Times Square Countdown Live 2017. She participated in Hong Kong international Choreography Festival and presented her piece in Sheung Wan Civic Center Theater.

Wanru Lin

In 2001 Wanru entered Beijing's Jia Zuoguang Chinese Professional Dance School. From there she entered the Central University for National Dance in 2006 for her bachelor's degree.Wanru won a four-year professional first-class scholarship and a national scholarship.In 2008 she attended the opening ceremony of the torch relay for the Beijing Olympic Games and the Beijing Olympic Games Olympic Village Hall performances. She has been invited to the country's Ministry of Culture program as a solo actor. In 2015 she worked at the New York Chinese Cultural Center as an actor, dance teacher and choreographer. Wanru has also performed in the United States in the 2015 Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, the Overseas Chinese Office for National Day and in Times Square for the 2016 New Year's Eve celebration.

No prior dance experience is required for beginner classes.
